Jimmy’s Cookies was founded over 25 years ago on the idea of doing one thing really well and doing it consistently: Offering the best tasting homemade cookie dough to the retail world.

Renting a 100 square foot space in a tiny Hungarian bakery in Manhattan, Jimmy made 100 to 200 pounds of chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookie dough weekly. Prepared and packed in 25 pound "hunks", the product was delivered to in-store bakeries in New York City. Customers returned many times with even larger orders after realizing the unique excellence of the product.

The next 25 years saw the size of Jimmy’s facilities grow dramatically. The Company now occupies a modern 90,000 square feet baking facility located in Clifton, New Jersey, integrating automation with a team of quality-conscious employees. Today Jimmy’s makes products for customers all across the US, as well as for international retailers. And all of our products are made with all natural ingredients and no preservatives.

There has been no magic in this progress. Jimmy’s gives customers what they want: value, ever-increasing value! Extra care goes into every product – extra large chocolate chunks, sweeter, plumper raisins and cranberries, larger pieces of nuts, creamier butter and attractive yet protective packaging to lock in our homemade freshness. Extra goodness is what results!
